Material Transformation of Spiritual DNA

For Soul Occupancy

Introduction

No study in all the earth is more challenging and more important than that of origin. The attempt by man to explain behavior by linking human actions to organic matter is misleading many who refuse to accept that man is both spirit and matter. To understand creation, we must understand the created man, who was given dominion over all that we perceive as reality, before the noise from original sin emerged[1].   The noise distorts the perpetual word commands of the Creator for all who are outside of Christ, the living Word of God.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and after a possible gap (destruction of the earth and its inhabitance due to wickedness), a void and formless earth emerged and perhaps a recreated earth was completed in six days[2]. The seed of man needed redemption since the fall and the seed of Adam was pre-ordained and needed to be protected until the birth of the messiah. After the failure of Adam in the garden, the word command to be fruitful and multiply set the stage for tedemption. The seed had to be protected from Satan and his fallen angels.

Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

This was done at the crucifixion, when the most important act in the universe took place between Genesis and Revelation.  The flood and the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah were two catastrophes required to preserve the bloodline for the messiah. The passion of Christ was a one-time act for all times and for all spaces in both heaven and earth. It is also a universal invitation to all because none except Christ is worthy. Finally, the Creator placed all word commands and power for all times under one name. That name is JESUS.  There is no other name under heaven by which any can be saved except the name of JESUS.

Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Satan, once an angel of light, has taken dominion over the earth because man gave him that right. He and his fallen angels have vowed to deceive and corrupt all that is sacred.  unlike the earth, we too have to be recreated. We like the earth are void and without form (spiritually speaking) and the Spirit of the Lord and the Light (Jesus) transforms us, separates us from spiritual darkness, and restores our soul through the timeless sacrifice of Christ.  Like the earth, we are restored, but many are not aware that the battle has been won as sin, deception, and corruption fills the earth once again. Belief in evolution, blatant disobedience to God’s Word, and corruption like there was in the days of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah separates us from a loving God. Still, man denies the God that brought him as our intellectuals continue to use their logic to explain away all that is Holy and righteous. We cannot hear the sound of God’s voice amid the noise created by the enemies of God.  The word commands given by God are distorted, modified, and changed to give a sense of righteousness that is not of God. The exclusion of creationism from science to maintain worldly prestige is noise created by the enemy to keep a disobedient and fallen man from deliverance.

Mat 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

What made one of the brothers, Cain, a killer and the other one, Abel, obedient to God? The souls of the two were clearly different and this difference continues to this day. In any case, in this new age, the original creations were told to be fruitful and replenish the earth. Why replenish if there were no previous people? The transformation of spiritual DNA into material DNA is initiated by word commands established from the beginning. The soul is assigned to a body by the Creator for His purposes. The prophet Ezekiel had a vision and in that vision is describes a man dressed in white linen who goes between the Cherubim wings. He takes the coals of fire and enters the wheels. He is told to distribute the coals throughout the earth.

Ezekiel 10:2  And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the city. And he went in my sight. This appears to be describing the entry of Christ into the world and the coals of fire could be the souls of His elect chosen for this age.  There may have been rebellious souls forced to go between the wheels since Satan and his fallen angels circumvented the process all together.

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The battle between creationism and evolution results because scientists do not regard the unseen forces that surround us.  In a divine matrix created by word commands, man is the central figure. Everything was originally placed under his dominion. Created in the image and likeness of God, man once used word commands to control the animals.  The universe expresses the majesty of the creator, God. Instead, we have given all our authority over to Satan, who is now the rightful ruler of this world. Man is deceived and he is an enemy of God. What really was created man? Man was an organized and perfectly designed crystal matrix created by a loving God. There was war in heaven. The crystal has become amorphous due to disobedience to God. Man has handed his authority over to Satan, who is the ruler of this world. God in the person of Jesus Christ has restored man to perfection through His perfect sacrifice. Satan has been defeated and has but a short time left. The earthly sanctuary, the dwelling place of the Most High God is within the restored crystal matrix, which is the righteousness of Jesus Christ in us. The acceptance of this universal call is based on the soul. It is the soul or the mind of the individual that chooses good or evil, love or hate, or to follow or not follow the Redeemer.  There are only two choices as demonstrated by Cain and Abel. The experiments reported in the Genesis Molecule are designed to test these truths in a laboratory setting in an effort to change the world view.  Because spiritual laws as well as natural laws are considered in this work, several pillars of faith are hereby established as driving principles.

The word command o be fruitful and multiply applies to the whole person, which includes the body and spirit. Both the spiritual and natural DNAs are inherited through the ages. The word command can only be stopped by a greater word command from the Creator.   That greater word command to regain paradise comes through the person of Christ, who name, Jesus, has been given the power to restore all which was lost. The combining of all word commands under one name in both heaven and earth destroys the works of the devil, who is the god of this word. How was this feat accomplished?  Based on spiritual laws, word command set in motion can only be stopped by an equal or greater word command (law of spiritual inertia). The command in the Garden of Eden that man will surely die must be obeyed. The greater word command is expressed below.

Act 4:12 neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Php 2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. Yet despite these divinely inspired words, natural man cannot understand the things of God.

Rom 8:7 because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  

As the battle between creationists and evolutionists continue, we must accept the fact that the argument will never be settled because only the souls elected by God will accept His word and understand His mysteries. Spiritual laws are just as real as natural laws and both were set in motion by the word commands of the Creator.  While scientist try to explain the universe in physical terms based on their intellect and things that are seen, the unseen things will prevail.

When I was a graduate student at NYU Poly I was amazed at my experiment that showed how fragments of my biopolymer could not be observed when a mixture of the fragments were electrically separated in a gel matrix until the size of the fragment had reached seven dimers. A dimer is a pair of molecules that repeat its same structural pattern over and over again in a chain. These dimeric polymer fragments self-assemble into anti-parallel aggregates with diametrically opposing directionality like day and night.  When one to six such dimer fragments are linked together, my blue dye does not bind to the structures, which appears as ladders-like bands embedded in a transparent gel.  However, at 7 fragments, the dye started to bind to the fragments. That is to say that the six fragments represent six days and six nights. At this point I began to wonder about the significance of this finding. As I stated earlier, I was out to prove Genesis, not disprove it.  

I also noticed that at 50 fragments something else happened. The matrix of the biopolymer changed. It was as if something else was added. Between the 7 fragments and the 49th fragment, the biopolymer formed loops, hairpins, and chain-chain aggregation.  In any case, the accumulation of dye stopped and remained consistent after 50 fragments. This was another type of completeness.  This reminded me of the parables that Jesus gave on the day of Pentecost and the Law given to Moses on Mt. Sinai 50 days after deliverance from Egypt. The Holy Spirit came to earth exactly 50 days after Christ was crucified. Could there be a hidden message in my biopolymer? The unleven bread represents man being born of water, but spiritually dead.  The rising bread represents man being born of the spirit through the Holy Spirit.  I wanted to investigate this analogy further so I looked at the Leviticus priesthood for answers.

A case in point involves the rituals performed by the Leviticus priesthood and the 613 red, blue, and purple colored pomegranates at the helm of the priestly robes. Each one represented a commandment that the Hebrews had to keep. Violation of just one of those laws meant death. The ephod or breastplate of the priest was made of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen. And they beat the gold into thin plates and cut it into wires, to work it in the blue, and in the purple, and in the scarlet, and in the fine linen, with cunning work (Exodus 39:2-3). What is known is that the sky-blue color of the dye when placed on a spectrometer and light rays are fractionated according the measurement of the visible length of the color spectrum, the sky-blue comes out to an exact 613 nanometers. This is equal to the energy transfer. In energy transfer experiments with donor-acceptor dyes, the energy transfer from the donor to the acceptor molecule takes place at 613 nanometers. This corresponds to my alcian blue dye binding experiments with my biopolymer fragments. The biblical account of how a woman was healed after she touched the helm of His garment shows how this energy transfer represents a pattern and type with a hidden message. In this case Christ is the donor of the healing power and the woman is the receptor. Notice that it was the woman’s faith that caused the action, not the simple touching of His garment.

Once gain I would like to re-iterate the timelessness of the patterns, types, ordinances, images, and rituals performed by the Levites in the earthly sanctuary.  Let’s turn our attention to the twister fibers and the manner in which the Holy Tabernacle was constructed. There are clues that point directly to the patterning of the flesh body and the structure of my biopolymer. Incidentally, there was twisted fiber used in the “zwit-zwit” placed at the four corners of the priestly garments.


The bible supports the idea that prophesies related to the passion of Christ are represented by precise rituals, symbolisms, and patterns in the earthly tabernacle of things that had not yet occurred. The fact that these patterns are similar could reflect the idea that the body of Christ was from the earth and that He is the “tree of life”. In order to remove the veil, which separates us from our creator, a spirit, which knew no sin, had to be lifted up from the earth to the heavenly tabernacle, where He and He alone is the High Priest.


"Moreover you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine woven linen and blue, purple, and scarlet thread; with artistic designs of cherubim you shall weave them." Exodus 26:1

I believe that the fine woolen linen and the blue, purple, and scarlet thread represent the body of Christ. The cherubim patterns represent the covering of the mercy seat. The fact that 10 curtains were required could represent the Ten Commandments.  The scarlet thread represents the blood of Christ, while the purple represents the royal priesthood and kingship of the Messiah. This covering over the tabernacle is once again a hidden message to be revealed during the church age.

In the Hebrew bible, crystals were used by the Levite priests to communicate with God. There were twelve different crystalline stones representing the twelve different tribes of Israel. Two onyx stones held in their hands reflected light from the tabernacle candles in the Holy place onto the breastplate worn by the High priests.  This is interesting to me because there were six names of the tribes on each shoulder according to the order of their birth.  A combination of these stones on the epoch (12) and on their shoulders (12) represented the Hebrew language. The light from flickering candles reflecting off the onyx stones held by the priests answered the prayers of the Hebrew people. This type of patterning could represent information flowing from the Creator through the light transmitted onto one of two crystals representing two possible outcomes, life or death or in the case of answering prayers, yes or no.  

If we go back to our seven biopolymer fragments, you might remember that six fragments (a dimer representing two different structures) resemble the separation of the six pairs of crystals on the ephod and on the shoulders of the high priest. Six represent incompleteness. This symbolizes the fact that Christ bore our sins on his shoulders and in His heart and that when He was lifted up so were we lifted up. He is the light of the world. In the case of redemption the source could absorb or take away sins of the recipient and open up a divine channeling of energy. It seems likely then that patterns and colors (art and design) used in the tabernacle represent the science of the material world with a connection to the much higher and sacred existence of Divine and heavenly realm. The study of charge transfer complexes by traditional scientists merely reflects the rituals, patterns, and colors used in the bible accounts found in the Hebrew bible.

Finally, blood vessel like patterns were seen for HA dehydrated on surfaces and compared to that of acasia wood (used in the Ark of the Covenant). Note that variation in acasia fiber length increments affected by segment-segment interaction over a growth period may be analogous to biomatrixgenesis of mammals.

I often thought about the bible’s reference to “living waters”. How can water live I thought. I became especially interested when I read about a scientist who found that words can shape-shift or morph water crystals. The self-organization of water may be linked to hidden messages (see video). Since they say that no two snowflakes have the same ice crystal pattern, there must be an infinite number of possible configurations. Our words or even our thoughts of love or hate can shape water. This gives credence to the Genesis account of creation where the Spirit of the Lord moved upon the face of the waters and God spoke first before He looked and saw that it was good [Gen 1:24]. If there are hidden messages in water, then how are these messages translated. Can these messages shape-shift, morph, or transform matter carriers? This really got me thinking. My hyaluronic acid (HA) has facial waters and can form helical curves (Adam ribs). What effect do these hidden messages in water have on the shape-shifting or morphing of my HA fragments? Like water my research shows that word messages and melodic tones can shape HA (The Passion Experiment). This is important because my HA serve as biocompatible non-species specific scaffold in the biomatrixgenesis of living creatures. They may also serve as incubators for nucleotide synthesis. Altering the biomatrix has consequences that affect our physical and mental health, leading to social changes in the material realm. Our acceptance of the material reality and dismissal of our spirit selves affects our relationship to the Creator in the spiritual realm. The carnal mind is enmity against God [Rom 8:7]. Let’s examine this idea of living waters in light of the fact that the bible states that life is in the blood. If life is in the blood then it must be in the waters. Could life begin in an ice-water crystal matrix? Life is not in the material matrix since the components of blood can all be traced to the elements or the “dust of the earth” [Lev 17:11]. It is then that life is associated with the waters containing the hidden messages. In the material sense we could be talking about DNA, but in the spiritual sense what is life? What is it that is being transferred through water to DNA and how does the process work? It would appear then that the Spirit of the Lord interacted with the facial waters in the absence of light [Gen 1:2]. This was after the waters were separated from each other by a firmament. This firmament was called heaven. This implies any communication with the Source would have to involve two types of waters separated by heaven [Gen 1:7 ]. Since God is spirit, communications with Him would have to involve our spirit, which is separated from Him by the firmament or heaven. Our prayers or communications must pass through heaven [Mat 16:17]. This would explain the earthly sanctuary and the heaven sanctuary spoken of in the Hebrew bible. After the crucifixion of Christ, the earthly sanctuary is now within each of us and we connect to God through our spirit with the help of the Holy Spirit. Christ opened this channel directly to God with His death and the subsequent renting of the temple veil. He makes intercession for us in the heavenly sanctuary as our High Priest, who sits at the right hand of our Father [Hbr 8:1, Luk 11:2 ]. If we are to see the Creator we must be completely sinless. Based on the biblical scriptures, flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of heaven. Although life is in the blood, our blood is contaminated with sin. Since the blood of Christ is sinless, it was offered up to God as a one-time sacrifice for all mankind. This is also why eternal life can only be achieved through the blood of Christ [Eph 1:7] and not our own. Getting back to my point, the life of the flesh is in the blood and our flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. Based on the presentation so far, there is only one obvious conclusion. Life must have originated in the waters. In the presence of light, spontaneous life forms may appear. However, in the special creation of living creatures, there is something else involved [1Cr 15:45]. The spiritual image of man must translate into a material image via information transfer through water. The soul of living creatures resides with the spirit man. This means that bipartite man has a soul and spirit corresponding with a mind and body. The heart of man is his earthy sanctuary and what his heart believes reflects his relationship to God [Mat 12:34]. So it is clear from the Word of God that the words we say and the meditations of our heart reflect who we are. The hidden messages in water range from our being born of water to our being reborn of spirit. We are judged by the behavior of our living souls in waters. However, to see God we must be reborn of the spirit. Remember how man fell from grace? Christ has restored those who accept Him by His grace. “God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth”. Without Christ there is no hope. He is the fountain of living waters [Jer 17:13]. Want to drink?
